Call session
Upon booking a telephonic call session the counselor will call you at the scheduled time of the session on your registered phone number. If you wish to receive the call on any other number kindly reach out to the customer care 6 hrs before the session.
Video Call session
The video call session takes place on Skype and you may add shreya@healnfeel.com or share your Skype id with the customer care. You may also request for a session on Google hangouts or Google Meet.
